Saturday Critters ~ 386 ~

I was so thrilled and privileged to see and photograph this
Red Fox Family
in Ocean Grove, New Jersey

They are getting a lot of attention...
This family of Red Foxes ~ Momma and 5 Pups ~ have taken up residence in the remnants of the
North End Pavilion which was destroyed in a fire back in 2019.
The beach may seem like an odd spot to see a Fox Family,
yet it is in fact very common as Fox are indigenous to the beach area.
The Fox are well fed and seem very happy,
it is believed they will stay in this den for 6 - 8 weeks and then move on!

Next up, the pups...

Have an amazing weekend!

I know they aren't really a suitable pet, but oh they can be just adorable can't they?!

How wonderful to be able to see them close enough to take photos. Our resident family are a little shy when it comes to having their picture taken :0)
