I always get a little emotional this time of year...
as my butterflies start to emerge and I release them back to nature.
This is the 1st Black Swallowtail Butterfly to emerge this spring.
It rested on the tulips before flying off.
My tulips are popping up everywhere...
the ones the hubs planted for me last fall!Pink, yellow, orange and white surprises, popping up through the earth!

Ahhh...you make me dream of warmer weather, blooms and butterflies, Debbie.
Elaine planted 200 one year, and the deer ate all but one. They aren't tulips, they are Deer candy.😟
Hello Debbie,
Your butterflies and blooms are lovely. Beautiful tulips! Take care, have a great day!
How lovely! Your tulips and butterflies are gorgeous!
Both butterfly and tulips are beautiful .
Your Butterflies are lovely and of course the photos are spectacular. I loved the Tulip photos. We haven't seen very many flowers popping up. We do have some beautiful trees in the neighborhood that are blossoming. I do love spring.
Blessings and hugs!
I saw some yellow butterfly’s in my yard and thought it was too early and too cold.
