A Little Of This And A Little Of That...

I decided to start back on the craft "Needle Punching"!
I have a lot of supplies already on hand because this is something I did last year.

When this is done...

it will look like this.
The finished product makes a nice Christmas Ornament.
This snowman was the first one I ever made,
the one I am working on now looks a bit neater.

I am still working on the
Trellis Shawl
I still have a long way to go but I am really enjoying this knit.
The color reminds me of sea glass.

I was able to get the hubs to play Racko with me.
2 - 2...we need a tie breaker.

The skies and clouds have been amazing.

I love seeing these signs around town, it really warms my heart!

And I was so happy to find this Bald Eagle carved from wood,
perhaps a dead tree, isn't it amazing!

Hi Debbie, I loved seeing your pictures today. The ornament you made is so cute. You truly have a talent for needlework. I can not wait to see the shawl finish. Pretty color. I love seeing the hero signs around our town too. I am so thankful for grocery workers, postal workers, and anyone who has stayed strong to help the rest us. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

Hello,

Your shawl is pretty, I love the color. Your snowman ornament is so cute. I see the hero signs in our neighborhood too, the frontline and all the essential workers are heroes. Take care and stay safe! Enjoy your day, have a happy new week!

I have never done needle punching but it sure is a cute ornament. Our skies have been very strange here because of a fire in Calif. it is a haze, fortunately it doesn't smell like smoke but am sure the air quality is not too good. Those were sweet little signs and yes that eagle is amazing!

How nice that you are able to find those nice things to be happy about. I love your scarf and that eagle is wonderful.
Your scarf is lovely and I am glad you are needle punching again. Life is good Debbie!

I have never tried needle punching. I do love to knit though. I need to start a baby sweater. I need to find a source on line for my wool. Love the color of the shawl. I think it matches the sea glass perfectly! Happy Monday!

I haven't done my punch needle in so long I probably forgot how. Your shawl is looking great. Oh wow we use to play Rack-O all the time when I was younger, hubby isn't much of a card playing person, he likes video games.
We just got back from a 2 mile walk and wow that clouds were so dramatic too! That eagle carving is pretty cool, I love watching them carve them

Oh yes. I am not a crafter and at my advanced age am not even tempted to start. Someone has to be here just to admire other people’s beautiful projects (and I do). But I am inspired by your good luck in talking Chuck into playing a board game with you! Bill had better keep his guard up...I’m gonna work on that))).

The Bald Eagle is amazing; such talent! I think the snowman Christmas Ornament is adorable. Your shawl is lovely and it does look like some of your sea glass color. Racko looks like such a fun game; you should have a playoff. The cloud photos are wonderful; as always you get great ones.
I do love it when signs are for recognizing good things in the community. We need more of that now.
Blessings and hugs!
