The Ships We "Sea"

We visit the inlet in Point Pleasant Beach often.
It's a popular spot for the locals,
even during the winter it is sometimes difficult to get a parking spot.
We still see boats and ships, just not as many as you see during summer.

You may remember it is where the hubs and I went on our first date
because I have told that story so many times.
We were just kids, we did not have a lot of money, we went there and talked.
It was a beautiful night and we had a wonderful time getting to know each other better!

We went the other day and saw these two boats.
It was our first time seeing Vengeance.
We see the Gambler all the time as it is docked nearby.
We felt lucky to see these two boats, sometimes, we don't see any in winter.

The skies changed and some wispy clouds blew in...

they were so pretty!

Across the inlet, this is a dog park.

The sun started to set and was reflected in the windows of the homes across the way.

- where the waters do agree, it is quite wonderful the relief they give -

Debbie, I loved seeing the boats. I enjoyed your story of being young on a date. When you love your company, who needs money. :) Hug each other tight. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

not only were you lucky enough to see some boats but that sky was just gorgeous too, and I so love the reflection of the sun setting on the windows. I do miss living where we grew up but I guess that is what makes going back so special :)
