Yarn Along

Let's start with all the dirty little details about having the flu...
A seriously, nasty thing - a bugger, a booger, a pain in the everything - it is!
- Don't get it -

Moving on, I have some very exciting news...
our little knitting group was featured on tv.
Do you remember when we were interviewed way back on November 21st,
and I wrote about it here?
February 5th, we were highlighted here on our local tv station.

If you would like to see the broadcast and of all of the knitting crew, myself included,
you can view it here on YouTube.

I am wearing the Outlander Cowl I knitted for myself and a smile as big as all outdoors.
When I am here on the farm, in the Coop, knitting with this group of girls I love,
I have a joy that can not be described with words.

Many thanks to all involved in bringing our story to tv,
and to our wonderful camera woman and storyteller Laura, she was the best!

You're a tv star!

We're feeling a little under the weather here. Hope it is not the flu!

It is rare to find something you love so much. I feel like that about book club. We are lucky, each in her own way, Debbie.

I am so sorry you had the flu. I have tried my best to avoid folks that are sick but that is not always how it works. Folks might have it, carrying it but it actually has not hit them yet.....anyway, hope you feel better. Great news on the tv spot! That is awesome. I love your knitting work. You do such a great job.

Hello Debbie!:) So sorry you had the flu,...hubby just had it, and it's nasty. I loved seeing your happy face on TV. How wonderful to get the opportunity to show your knitting skills to a wider audience, but for me you are a star on, and off TV. Such a shining example of living life to the full. Take care!

Wow Debbie, you were great on TV! (I watched the YouTube ... what a great group and it was interesting to hear the anchor lady repeat many of the same things you've told us about this beautiful farm, the alpacas, the family, and the knitting sisterhood! (You could have written the piece as well as starred in it!). Glad you are over the flu-- it is really going around in our little neighborhood.
