Forever My Girl

If you would like to see a really sweet movie,
about finding your way back home,
 this is it!

A love story about a music superstar who reunites with his first love,
and realizes the steep price he paid for success.
High school sweethearts, Liam leaves Josie at the altar for a shot at fame and fortune.
When he returns 8 years later, they reconnect,
and Liam realizes all he has lost in this heartwarming look at love,
family and second chances.

As you can see at 12:40, the place was packed.
Doesn't anyone go to the movies in the afternoon anymore!

This Xscape Theater is new, with the stadium seating, reclining seats, and nice big cup holders.
Another plus, you can choose your seats when you purchase your tickets.

But what's with these cheap paper tickets you get these days?
I have saved movie stubs all my life and I can't believe how they have changed over the years.
And what's with the senior pricing - we never said we were seniors!
Who decided that? The 10 year old who waited on us?

This was a great movie, seen back in January before we got sick.

It is a man's duty to go with his wife and watch a chick flick.

I haven't been to the movies since I don't know when, Debbie. The Pres doesn't/won't go...:( however, good for you and your honey so I wouldn't dwell on the paper tickets...:)JP

Hi Debbie, this sounds like a chic flick for sure. We do not go to the movie often, the last one was the latest Star Wars movie. I am glad you enjoy your movie and date. Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend!

Eileen, comment up above, said my comment almost exactly! Haha...last thing I saw was Star Wars. I just don't go to movies. Most of them are...well...not good.

This one sounds sweet though!

LOL!! Oh Debbie you always get me laughing, yes times have changed haven't they, and I love you had a 10 year old waiting on you, they just keep getting younger don't they, I remember my parents saying things like that when I was young and now we are saying it :) This movie looked like it would be good.

Sounds like it will make a good tv movie, and I don't say that to put it down in any way.

I hope you are feeling better now. Gosh, no one there? I am sad about movie tickets too. I am glad I have kept mine too.
Sounds like a nice movie.

LOL!!! You certainly don't look like a senior - maybe because you were there in the afternoon? It looks like a sweet movie - I'm hoping to go to the movies during my vacation in a couple weeks :-) It's something we rarely do.

just getting around to commenting. Y'all got to be on t/v---that was so cool! I'm sorry to hear you had got the flu and sure hope you are feeling better. I've heard on the news that it is awful bad this year, even with people who had the shot. Enjoyed hearing about the movie, it's been a long long time since we went to the movies, and then it was to take little granddaughter. Hope you have a real nice weekend and are feeling much better and back to normal.

This looks like a great afternoon movie. I will have to check to see if it is still here. My hubby and I like to go to the movies in the afternoon. The theater near us have the great seats and etc. They even have food areas and you can get a meal and eat in the movie. Sometimes in the afternoon we almost have the theater to ourselves.
Warm thoughts and hugs!
