hi ruth...i knew what you meant!! and yes you are right, what a difference a week makes. chuck and i were going to take a tour today but decided to stay home, because of the rain, and do inside chores. then the sun came out!! the swans have been there all summer, they will begin their migration soon. there is 1 heron and 1 egret there, the heron stays, the egret will migrate as well!! nice to hear from you!!

Went to Lilly of the Lake today. Saw about 70 swans. So quiet and peaceful. The whole town was quiet. What a difference a week makes.
