Seeing The Sunflowers

On our recent trip to Holland Ridge Farms, we saw so many Sunflowers.
The website says "there will always be millions of sunflowers on display during our u-pick season"
The majority will be the classic yellow,
they also showcase red & yellow, red, pink and even a field of white sunflowers.

The stages of a Sunflower as it opens...

We received a private ride around the farm on a "souped" up golf cart and
toured the farm on a tractor pulled wagon ride.

Stop back tomorrow to see what other flowers they had on display!

The flowers are so pretty and so are you in the cute picture! All the sunflowers in the fields here are dry brown and harvested, or close to it. Debbie did you see the BLUE SUNFLOWERS we grew this summer!!?? Ha ha ha LOL

I love seeing fields of sunflowers. They used grow them up here at the farm but the blackbirds hit them so hard it was not as profitable as other crops.

All the sunflowers are about gone here, our farm gives rides out to the field too, we have only done it once. Wouldn't you just love to have that sunflower sunroom to go to every day with all it's brightness :) I like you were able to get some pics of them not quite opening yet too!
