The Ocean Was Stirring

The ocean was stirring only a little bit here...
white caps and large waves, it was in turmoil, you could tell there were storms brewing elsewhere.

The beautiful chain of shells was hanging undisturbed.

There are 2 new pieces of shell art at Howe Street Beach, it is our favorite beach.

A Stingray

An Octopus

And a few that have been here a long time.

A Turtle...

Dolphin

and Whale Tale

Love the shell art. I’ve been collecting shells to do Christmas decorations with the grandkids this year.

The art on the beach is lovely and I love all the blue. I'll soon be heading to the beach in Florida at the end of this month.

Debbie - it's been a while since I visited, and I was delighted to see beach photos that are not scenes of mass destruction. Oh my, what people are experiencing is beyond imagining! Love the creativity of the beach art!

I'm glad the art isn't meanly disturbed. Interesting how NJ shores were grumbling about the SE hurricane. I think that octopus might also be a squid. I don't know how many leggins' those creatures have. Linda in Kansas

I love all the shell art but I really love that shell garland! Might need to try that next summer.

The shell art is fun, but love the pic of the 'stirred up' ocean.

The shells dyed different colors were quite amazing, Debbie. Is the art installation an ongoing project as it is quite ingenuous.

That does look a bit choppy, glad that the high winds didn't knock the sheels down, fun things they make with those!
