the Jersey Shore is covered in a beautiful blanket of snow.

Love those birds.

The snow is pretty. Makes our dreary skies in Tampa today look sad

Pretty birds but I think they must be feeling cold and hungry. Beautiful snow shots. Love the last 3 photos!

Hi Debbie!:) You did, have a heavy snow fall, and it looks beautiful. Loved seeing all the pretty birds, and I was wondering if you can get outside to feed all your hungry garden visiters! Have a great weekend!:)

Good morning, Debbie! I love your cute finches. I hope the one female with the weird beak can eat. Your snowy yard looks much like mine.. Way too much snow today, my back is hurting shoveling the deck. I am glad you have plenty of yard. Take care and stay warm. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!

I prepared a big box on its side to put the birds' feed in. Snow keeps piling up in front of it so I lean out the window and knock it away. ha I have a heater for the bird bath. I've read when birds have to eat snow, it lowers their body temperature dangerously.

Wow, you sure did get some lovely snow. Marvelous winter moments too. Enjoy your white stuff. A friend of mine posted a photo today about their upcoming snow adventure. It said, forget the eggs and milk and stock up on yarn! Of course I thought of you.

These are some of the prettiest snow photos I've seen. I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to see that in person. I would be like you, out in it taking photos of all the birds. (Photos of birds in the snow are always gorgeous).

I would love to see snow like that at least once in my lifetime.

You are getting a ton of snow, are you not? Wow, amazing. We here on the coast line of Virginia have a little. Wish we had more but I am sure it will come before winter is over. Knit away, my friend.

Just beautiful Debbie, I just love looking at all of the joy you captured. Catching snowflakes and eating snow. That is just the coolest thing I have ever saw. It looks like a magic place. Have a lovely, snug day.

I love snow. I could look at it all day. (In your beautiful pictures ;>)! Seriously, of course it isn't wrong for you to like the snow. It's wonderful that you do. I (again seriously) really enjoy reading and seeing what it is like to live in a snowy climate . Even when we lived full time in Oregon we seldom got snow and never that much for such an extended period of time. So it is a life not lived for me and I love learning about it. (And I'm glad you have lots of yarn ... and I presume good food and drink)

Great bird shots, some of my favorite little birds here.. and gorgeous snow fall!
We're in northern Minnesota.. that snow is supposed to come our way! :) We have some, but it's not enough for resorts and businesses this winter.

I think we wound up with between two and three feet, but it's very quiet out there. Not a bird in sight or sound range. Maybe they're all at your house. ;-)
