Saturday's Critters # 394

Here are my Critters for this week, more pictures from Great Adventure!

First up, the very beautiful
Brown Bears
They were so playful, so fun to watch...the 'back scratching" techniques were best!

Next Up, the Kangaroos...

They have a lot of really nice places for the animals to hang out indoors,
if they prefer.
I really enjoy this drive-thru experience...
you stay in your car, drive at your own pace,
and can spend as much time as you want enjoying and photographing the animals!

Sharing today's images with Eileen at
for Saturday Critters

I always enjoyed looking at the brown bears at the various zoos we visited. I do like that you can drive through and see them more "up and personal" and spend all the time you want with them in the safety of your car!

Those bears look cute…where they are, not along a trail anyone would walk. Scary! Love the roos!

Hope you’re feeling better?

As always fantastic photos. I loved the bear scratching themselves. You get such fantastic pictures. Hope all is going well for you dear friend. Hope you get up and about soon. Sending loving thoughts and hugs!

The kangaroos seem a bit less enthused than the bears! LOL! It must feel good to scratch through that heavy fur. I hope rehab is going well and you can go home sooner rather than later!

I had to laugh because the bears scratching themselves reminded me of when I have a terrible itch on my back and hubby isn't around, find anything to scratch against :) Hope you will soon be out and about again, capturing more of these great moments!
Continued prayers for your healing and strength!

We took a ride to Point today and I saw the Lake of The Lillies. I must have passed it hundreds of times and did not know the name of it. Now I know.

Debbie - that's neat you got to see the bears scratching! I have never seen that in all the times I have been to a zoo! We see evidence of it here while we are out hiking, but I don't need to see it up close and personal in the wild! Kangaroos are such unique animals!

Those animals look very relaxed, the setting looks good for them. The bear is sure enjoying his back scratching.
