Like everyone,
I have been spending a lot of time in my kitchen.
I like things to be colorful, the accessories are not matchy-match, and I love my red teapot.
My kitchen is not very big,
but it is the perfect size for cooking for two people.
I cooked for 4 while my 2 boys were at home and we always had plenty of room.
A lot of holiday meals were prepared and enjoyed in this room and in the dining room also.
I always keep this long counter clutter free, so I have plenty of room to prepare meals.
This is the eating nook, which is opposite the cabinets.
The glass windows are in the shape of a greenhouse.
I am so grateful for my Home Chef meals...
and I love how my refrigerator looks after I get my delivery on Tuesdays.
The meats are kept separate from the other ingredients,
and are vacuum sealed.
I have cleaned out all of my cabinets while I have been home...
The pantry...
Inside the pantry door...
Dates to Celebrate so I don't forget anyone's birthday!
The junk drawer...
another junk drawer...
and the silverware drawer.
I made this Home Chef meal last night and it was delicious!
Pork Egg Roll in a Bowl with Wontons and Peanuts
- wow -
I am still happily working on my "to do" list, I cross off a few and add on a few.

You have a nice kitchen!
I like the eating area …
Have a great day, Debbie!
Hello, your kitchen looks pretty, so neat. I like the cute table by the window. You are very well organized, I guess it makes thing easier. You can find things quickly. The Pork Egg roll in a bowl sounds yummy. Take care! Wishing you a happy day!
I lover the eating area windows....wow! Beautiful kitchen and very nicely organized.
I need to organize my kitchen Debbie! I am not so neat and tidy. Is that a Fitz and Floyd friut jug in the third picture? I have a grape one!
Your kitchen is a lot bigger than mine, well you have more cupboards, I wish my pantry and fridge looked like that but at last not so much, I have tried to get things in order but it still doesn't work as well as I would like, maybe I have too much stuff.
That big window for your eating area is just gorgeous, there is nothing like having a nice area with natural sunlight!!
Looks like you have a very busy month in June for birthday's also, I need to get working on the cards now so I am not to overwhelmed but I am still trying to get the rest of my May cards finished.
yes karen, it is!! i use it as a pitcher for beverages when i have company!!!
I really feel like your best friend when I get invited into the kitchen! And even get to snoop around in the pantry and see what looks good in the fridge! heehee! How neat you have things. And I keep a counter clutter free to prepare things too. I hate a lot of things to move when I'm ready to cook or bake! Enjoy your day. Hugs!
You have a lovely kitchen, Debbie. You don't wanna see my junk drawer though. :)
I have a red teapot also!
You're so blessed to have the Home Chef! :)
xoxo
Beautiful kitchen area, Debbie. You are so neat and organized. I'm afraid my counter space is full as I love having everything right there when I need it... so it's a bit cluttered with hanging pots and pans and baskets of utensils! Even the Aga is always on and hot, so no preheating needed for cooking or baking. But your place is really lovely! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Well Now, Very Presentable - So Clean And Inviting - What A Wonderful Place To Spend This Holiday Weekend
Cheers
Wish I were as organized Debbie!
You look fantastically organised! I love it!
Great idea to keep a counter clutter free.
All the best Jan
Your kitchen looks lovely. Let me just say that after looking at your 'junk' drawer, I refuse to show mine. It sure is not that organized .
Your kitchen looks awesome.
Dear Debbie!
Your kitchen is very beautiful and large,
The food looks very tasty. Great pictures.
Have a nice weekend, Debbie:)
You have a very nice kitchen! Lots of counter space is a must for those of us who like to cook!
You certainly have been on a cleaning spree. Your kitchen looks lovely and oh my goodness....your fridge is so clean and tidy! I love the little nook where you sit and eat and enjoy the sunshine. LOVE that window!
Oh, my dear friend, you have inspired me again. I think I need to work on my kitchen a bit more. Ours is smaller, but it works for two. I like my counters free too, maybe mine is a bit more cluttered. Then there are your kitchen drawers, perfect. I have some work to do there.
I like your birthday list on the door, great idea.
Yup! I'm inspired by you! Blessings and hugs!
Well I just popped over from Liz's @ Life at the Gables, and what a delight to be invited right into your kitchen. How lovely to have those windows at your eating nook. And how wise of you to realize that it is really clear counter space that determines this size of a kitchen. Yours is huge on that count. I have a long island in my kitchen but it is often more than half covered. Although now that I think about it, keeping the kitchen up to snuff has been our hallmark during these lock-down times. Hopefully it is a habit we can continue afterward.
