99 Days Until Summer Roses

We have officially gone from triple digits to double digits in our wait for summer.
99 days until the roses begin blooming.
Drenched in sunlight to nourish them and rain to hydrate them...
they need both to bloom with this intense beauty.

Wonderful memories and especially wonderful because it won't be too long until they show their beautiful faces again. Do you actually keep track of the day they bloom, or is that just an estimate? I want to say that we used to have roses by mid-May in Oregon but my memory may be faulty. (Who am I kidding, I *know* it's faulty! I've forgotten half the things I used to know!

The quote is one of my favorites...attributed to Mother Teresa.
And another favorite,...that white rose!

These are fantastic photos of roses. I love them. I can't wait for spring to come. It has been weird weather here. I am praying for rain or snow. We are in a desperate drought here in Utah. I love the quote!
Blessings and hugs!
