Good Fences ~ Edition 28 ~

The Goldenrod has been gorgeous this year.

When you add a rusty old fence, it's perfection.

Sharing today's rusty fence with my good friend
for Good Fences.
Stop by and consider joining in the fun, any fence or gate will do!!

I will be showing off the Alpaca's tomorrow!!

I love a good rusty fence! The goldenrods are always pretty, even when they dry out.

Goldenrod's job is to dress up any scene, don't you think? Nice contrast the yellow and rust.

Love these photos! Cable has many and varied uses. Using it for fencing is a clever idea.

Beautiful photos! Yes, there has been a lot of goldenrod around here, too. But I noticed the other day that it has turned brown. Guess it's too cool at night these days. Glad you manage to freeze these in time.

I love Goldenrod and I allow it to grow in my gardens because they are so beautiful this time of year. Some poeple don't like it because it is notorious for causing allergic reactions ... but so far everyone around here is fine :) We have fields of it in our forest preserve and like yours they are surrounded by old cable fences ... and I agree, it just makes it better. Beautiful shots, Debbie ...
