The day after the storm...
the sky remained gray and the sun never really came out until sunset.
Nothing looked "pretty" like it usually does.
I was excited about Monday...you may remember I slept through most of the snow fall on Sunday,
and I missed the early football game.
Moral of the story...check your pills twice before you take them.
The snowblower broke, broke, broke and can only be fixed in a repair shop.
We will have to drive more than an hour to get it fixed and they will have it for 3 weeks.
There was a hardware store nearby that serviced this model, but they went out of business.
I spent a bit of time on Monday, photographing the birds and got a bunch of really good pictures.
At least I thought they were good.
I will share them all another day, maybe Saturday.
The sun came out, just before sunset, we received 7 inches of snow.
We were expecting more.
The snow on the deck formed this pretty pattern, it reminded me of the sand on the beach.
So goodbye Fern...we have "heard" their is another storm coming this Sunday,
but when I asked Google she said no.
All of our night time temperatures are in the single digits...highs during the day are around 20,
this snow is going to be around for a while.
I will have to rob a bank to pay my gas bill!

So sorry about your snow blower frustrating for sure we got 18 inches thankfully it is light and fluffy.
I have shoveled the deck the 2 walkways and roof raked our porch and cleaned off our cars. So I am tired! I heard more snow too I hope not.

Love the texture on the deck! I have a small snowblower, but I didn’t even try it on the ice. It probably would’ve broken.
