The Asbury Park Pedal Boats

Inevitably, without fail, 
the highlight of every summer, is dinner at 
and a ride on the 
They go together like peanut butter and jelly.
It will always be on the Summer Bucket List and forever one of the best parts of summer...
because it is a great tradition, one thing I never want to stop doing.

I have a spelling problem, if you read this post early, before corrections, you really know that.

is my favorite restaurant of all time, 
any special occasion is celebrated with a meal here.
If you ask me where I want to have dinner, it is here, at Moonstruck.
We can sit outside, facing Wesley Lake.


We have been twice this summer, 
once for our anniversary and again for no reason other than we were hungry.
And we knew afterward, we were going for a ride on the

She is so wonderfully kind.

This is a small, family run business, 
hard working people, 
the owners are the nicest people you will meet all summer.

After we were done with our ride, we decided to take a drive through


We found this statue of Bruce Springsteen.
It looked so old, yet I have never seen it before.

Your boat ride reminds me of that movie, with the boy riding on top of a big bird..."the everlasting.....something....story?" I'll think of it at 2 a.m. and call you....Linda in Kansas

Last time I was in a pedal boat I was only a child, and we got stuck on a deadhead in the middle of the millpond!

I can easily see why you love it there. Pedal boat looks like a lot of fun. Some things are in the list forever for a reason, and this place is certainly a good one.
