Lazy Days Of Summer

 Summer has begun ticking by...
In early July, things feel so optimistic, time is definitely on our side.
We still have a lot of warm days to enjoy, festivals to attend and fireworks to watch.

We still have some good ideas on the
Bucket List
We don't have to do all of them,
they are just "ideas" for when we are looking for something to do.

We have been spending a lot of time here.

There have been many games of cornhole,
I never let the hubs win.

The birds found my new bird house,
There are babies inside, chirping a pretty new song.

We have had some nice dinners outside.
This one was take-out fried chicken
from a new restaurant very close by, it was delicious.

We picked our first tomato, that was exciting.

The garden is doing quite well, I surely over-planted.

- july is a blind date with summer -

Your 'garden' looks great, Debbie. Mine is still going, but too early to produce anything... hope the triple digit heat doesn't do too much damage.
I have one caterpillar inside who has gone into Chrysalis... 3 others still eating. And your pool looks so 'inviting'... even though I don't swim. Enjoy your summer!

Breakfast on the Ferris wheel! Wow, can’t imagine that. My stomach does flip flops just thinking about it. Lovely photos!❤️

A wonderful 'bucket list' - so many fun things to look forward to! Your gardens are so pretty and lush. So nice to play in the pool and have new babies chirping in the sweet bird house. Summer goes by so fast - we have to enjoy every minute! Hugs xo Karen

that pool sure does look inviting. I love your hand painted bird house, how wonderful to have little ones inside singing their song! I can't wait until we can have more picnics outside, it has just been way too hot, even with our umbrella. Good timing we too just got our first cherry tomatoes too and we had to have a salad for lunch just to eat them :) I need to figure more things to eat them with. So nice to see such a lush garden!
Have a great weekend and enjoy some fun from your list!
