The Jays are Joyful...

Yesterday was the perfect weather day, gorgeous, a "10"!!
I started out cleaning windows,
screens, sliding door jams and ceiling fans.
It needs to be done but, boy, what a bore.

I decided to take a break, and feed the birds, their special stuff.
That ended up ending the "heavy cleaning" session.

That's o.k., it will all be there tomorrow and the windows
I needed to open are clean.
The ceiling fan is done as well and twirling as I type.

I had fun with the Blue Jays, they really are so beautiful...

They always come from this tree, it's like the halfway point.
I loved this picture because it shows all the leaves that are coming,
and that means Spring is here, and Summer is not far behind!

Spring and spring cleaning go hand in hand. The same weather showed up here along with one blue jay. It is so nice that winter has moved on.

Nice! The jays are always happy as long as they have peanuts to stuff in their beaks!

Perfect stage of that lovely tree for bird photos . You can see the leaves and admire them, but it's not too full to hide the birds! Yay Spring ! Love all your photos. HATE sliding door tracks... The bane of my existence )))(I'm lucky that's my biggest gripe I guess ;)!

I lucked out! My husband did all the windows and ceiling fans. So, I, too, am ready to go. The open windows only last until it gets hot -- then he wants the A/C turned on. I love the bird pictures -- blue is my favorite color. I wonder what the difference is between bluebirds and blue jays. Guess I'll look it up.

Spring cleaning can be so rewarding after it's all finished everything just sparkles so clean. I get a little carried away I'm to thorough. I wish I wasn't such a clean freak. I love the 4th picture bluejay on take off. I could sit all day & watch the birds & squirrels at the birdfeeders.

He sure does look happy, Debbie, and isn't it wonderful to be able to let all of the wonderful fresh air inside???

You have a great week!

The Blue Jays are always willing to pose for pictures when there are peanuts involved.

Blue Jays are fun, they really do come out to play. And a whole lot better than housework!
