Barn Charm #31

Manalapan, New Jersey

I have shared several barn pictures from this farm in Manalapan, NJ.
It's a huge piece of land, there are at least
10 barns on the property, all abandon.
The overgrowth prevented me from getting closer to this one.

it's a beauty. sad that the entire property is abandoned, though.

Love those old silos. Wonder what it's like up close. Nice one!

It's sad to think of how vibrant these buildings must have been when this was a working farm. And how strong they are - to withstand the elements without care or attention - and still be standing tall. Another great shot!

That is a huge barn, too bad it is no longer used.

It's sad about the abandoned barns. They have outlived their usefulness, I guess.

10 abandoned barns! Sad. And wonder what was being done, on this land? Must have been a big operation, with the need for 10 barns.

Beautiful photo. I like the 'atmosphere' of it. It's sad that so many barns are falling down in one spot! Pamela

Ok, with a sky like that, it's hard to see anything else... but, I love barns, so I'll work my way thru... hehehee The silos really stand out. I sure wish we could tour these old barns, that one looks kinda of mysterious, esp being on abandoned property on such a large farm!

Thanks for joining =)

I, too, wonder if a land developer owns it...I hope not!
