The Live Nativity

My Christmas Cards are mailed, I forgot to take a picture.
Most of my packages are mailed, also no picture.
Most of the presents I have purchased are wrapped,
I will have to get a picture.
I baked one batch of cookies, they are gone and I don't have any pictures to prove it.
I plan on baking today, but who knows.

One of the local churches had a live drive through = stay in your car nativity, this was so sweet.
The story set to music through the radio in your car, live animals,
I thought this was very nicely done.

It is free but we made a generous donation.

My knitting teacher Leanne plays the flute in the

we attended her Christmas concert which is always nicely done and
always puts me in the Christmas spirit.
The band played at
back in 2017, can you imagine, what an honor!

Such a wonderful idea, the drive-through. Everything is done for convenience today. It would reach some it normally wouldn’t I would imagine.

It's not like you not to get a photo, Debbie. =) LOVE the drive through Nativity Scene. Such a fabulous idea. Yes, playing in Carnegie would indeed be an honour.

Hi there my friend, I also LOVE TO ATTEND holiday concerts, we have always done them over the years with kids in Band, chorus, church choir, elementery singings, etc etc, any and all....just love them! When our kids were little, there was one amazing live nativity way out in the middle of nowhere.....but they had the best nativity ever, all kinds of big live animals, music, etc. It was lovely, we always stopped by to let the kids see that the very last thing on Christmas Eve night on the way home from family festivities. I wonder if they remember it....I will have to ask them. Anyway....live nativities are getting very very scarce, few and far between. I think we attended one in Charleston a few years back. Haven't seen one this year. I also loved your previous post with all the beautiful birds...the colors are amazing and the birds have such personality. Well, it's Christmas week, hope yours has started out great! Big hugs!

That's very nice! I don't think I've ever been to a live nativity. Christmas shopping is all wrapped up here.

I LOVE that you and Chuck came to hear us play. It was a very emotional day for me and to know you were in the audience brought me comfort. And the fact that you and my Amy sat together!!!!! Funny how the universe works. Love you both :)

That is a huge honor to play there. I love Christmas Concerts and if you have a friend in it; it's even more special.
I don't take photos of all that I'm doing at this time of year; although I like the idea. You are awesome!
I do love a live nativity and this one looked like a fantastic one. It was great idea to have a drive through one.
Christmas blessings and hugs for you two!
