ICE - 2016

More than 2 million pounds of hand carved ice sculptures,
4 - 2 story ice slides - all kept at a chilly 9 degrees.
This self guided,
walk through ICE display is one of the most amazing you will ever see.

This years theme
"Christmas Around The World"
celebrates various countries holiday celebrations from all over the world.
It was both colorful and magical!

Next up - the slide...

Me...

The hubs...

Me again - because everyone should go twice!

And here we are - look at those smiles - this is so much fun!
Stay tuned, more tomorrow!

Good morning Debbie!:) Ha ha!!! This looks like bags of Christmas fun! Such cute entries of ice figures, and they are so creative and colourful,... and the pictures of you two kids coming down the slide are precious. Debbie, I notice that the blue raincoat is prevalent in Christmas World, is that by chance, or is it a required part of the visit, ...given out, or hired, I mean.

Always love those smiles. :)

the "blue parkas" are handed out/loaned as you begin your tour. you don't have to take one but they strongly suggest it. i don't need it but i take one, it's a part of the experience!!
