The Buttered Biscuit

Yesterday, we had lunch out and we went for a ride in the car.
An everyday, not so exciting event for many...
but for me, that's just not the case.

We ate a late lunch at The Buttered Biscuit in Bradley Beach, NJ
A family owned restaurant, that looked like this for Christmas.
This is one of those places where the owner is the cook,
and his wife greets you at the door.
The food is all amazing, comfort food you would get at your
mom-ma's house but so much better.

After lunch, I did not want to go home...
so I engaged a few "stall" tactics on the hubs and
they worked beautifully!

More on that adventure tomorrow...
good thing I had the camera!

It looks like a nice place to eat. Very pretty. I bet if felt nice to get out of the house. Sometimes that stall thing is the best practice. Have a lovely day Debbie.

Oh this looks like the perfect place to visit after not getting out for a while. I could use the comfort food right now. Loved all the photos, of course. I kind of don't like Christmas to end.
Blessings are wished for you!
