Hi Debbie, the heavy rope looks so nice and very appropriate for the shore fence. Should be more of them in the world! Cheers :D)

To look better, you and hubs should have been standing behind it. ;O)

Now that is one sturdy and crafty fence, and so Jersey Shore like! Makes me long even more for the docks and boating, and open water, and sunny skies.... I best stop and remember, it's a -22 wind chill out there, boating is OUT of the question! Craft time anyone?!

I love when I see these fences at the shore. Also -- they remind me that summer will eventually be here, replacing this awful cold!

That's a beach fence post if I ever saw one (well probably twice in my whole life)- I always think of the lines that are tied off on big boats when I see the ropes. Have a great day!

And look good it does. - I agree with Theresa, that 1st shot is wonderful. Love the roop, the curves, the grasses, even the little dots of snow. Nicely done.

All are terrific but I love the first close up one the best.

Very nice "marine" looking fence! If my only job was to look good I'd be in serious trouble.

Wow....that is a big thick rope! I'm guessing it has been there for a while, as I think it takes a while for rope to tear apart. Nice photo...

That's quite a sturdy fence with the grip of a strong thick rope. The photo's beautiful with natural light.

I love it, now I want to head to the sea shore, which next to our hills here is the next best place to be.
