Spring Chester Craft Show!!

June 1st was an absolutely gorgeous day here at the Jersey Shore.
The hubs and I decided to take a "ride in the car"
back up to my new favorite place, Chester...for

About an hour from home, this was a great show for me as it featured
so many craft vendors I have never see before!

I brought home some very "sweet" stuff!!
Vermont Syrups in some really unique looking bottles.
Flat Air Fresheners, that I often tuck in to greeting cards.
Two bird houses ~ one made from a gourd, hand painted with chickadees,
the other is covered with bird seed, dried flowers and a cute little sign.
The second one came with instructions on how to re-seed it,
after the birds have enjoyed it.
Homemade fudge, lots of yummy dip mixes...
and a beautiful hand painted "Welcome" slate for right by my front door.

No pictures were allowed of the vendors and their products...

so I just took 2 pictures from further out,
as to not reveal anyones individual products!!

On the way out of town we had a late lunch at the
Chester Publick House
They have a Brick Oven there so it was a no brainer for me,
the white pizza was the best I have ever eaten.
And the Chester Publick House, wow,
that's going to be a whole entry all by itself, it was amazing!!

Good morning our Debbie! Man! Chester has really come up in the world from when we hung around it 30 years ago. Happy to see it thriving. And it sounds like you and hubs are thriving, too, which makes me very happy :) :)
(Wish Blogger turned emoticons into yellow happy faces like Wordpress does. Oh Wellzer.)

glad the house came with instructions to re-seed it. i wondered as soon as i saw it. :)

a slate that would hang at my front door would have to say something like, 'how the heck did you get through the locked gate and what the he** do you want, here?! my dogs will be out in a minute!'

I forgot when you go there they don't let you take photos. It still looks like great fun.

You found some beautiful things! I like those bird houses--so pretty! And that's neat that you can reseed the one. I would probably drink that syrup right out of the bottle. :-)

Interesting they wouldn't let you photograph the vendors with their items. That;s the first time I've heard of that. Looks like a great show, anyway.
