Peter Cottontail

This absolutely adorable baby bunny,
kept Addie and I entertained for about 15 minutes on Wednesday.

This was my favorite picture of him,
I am rarely able to photograph them head on like this.

He was just a teeny, tiny baby...Addie got such a kick out of him!!

Summer has arrived at the Jersey Shore
and I am not doing well with the heat.
I am back to keeping myself entertained with indoor projects,
as I just can't bare to be outside.

Today the hubs and I went to an outdoor craft fair at
Ocean Grove, one of my favorite seaside communities.
It was a beautiful day, but I just could not handle the heat.

There are so many outdoor concerts, car shows, fairs and events
here at the Jersey Shore during the summer.
I have marked each one carefully on the calender
but I may have to be content with just floating in the pool!!

Not a bad option, right??

Oh I am so sure you both had a great time watching that bunny. Great shots.
I am sorry your weather is so hot ours is a little cool I wish I could send you a couple of minus degrees.
It will cool down for you soon I am sure.
I think hanging around the pool sounds perfect. Take care OK Hug B

It is absolutely a perfect solution! Take care of yourself. We were so fortunate to have such a lovely spring. Now the heat is on, and it is time to retreat I believe.

Oh no, then I shall have missed you in Malaysia where you can find high temperature whole year long.

Hi Debbie Love all the shots, very cute but the last one for me is the best. The light from behind is lovely, great depth and the ear that looks translucent is wonderful. Hope you are having a great weekend. Margaret

I know you love being outside, but you are wise to take care of yourself. If I had a pool, I'd float in it and be very happy about it! Temps in the 90'a here and humid...that's Georgia weather for you...and pool weather, too! Bunny is adorable. I can imagine Addie;s enthusiasm!

I love your shots of the bunny! I'm sorry the heat has been so hard on you. Hopefully some of those festivals will have some cooler temps to go with them. In the meantime, I know you'll make the best of things and enjoy floating in your pool - which is a rather nice way to avoid getting overheated.

Oh Debbie! That face on shot it just darling! What a cutie! That should be published.

I'm sorry for you and the heat. I'm not good at heat either. I hope some of the fun stuff is held in the evenings...maybe it would be a little cooler then. I'd take your pool days any time! :) Take care of yourself, hon.

I'd take floating in the pool when it's humid every time Debbie. Makes a whole lot of sense to me ;)

I love your photos of the cottontail, how cute is he/she. A real smile bringer this little guy.

Wishing you a happy day,
Denise
