Hahaha...funny... :-)
...like the heart in the tree in the previous post too...
That is so funny! What a glutton.
To answer your question...I gave these absolutely no thought at all. I even forgot to change my camera settings. I was set on Aperture priority and my white balance was set to sun...lol. These were hand held. I wasn't planning to shoot the fireworks; I had brought the camera along just in case I saw something wonderful along the way. About halfway through the show I said what the heck and started shooting. I have a pretty steady hand, but I can't tell if the blur is due to the movement of the fireworks or camera shake...both? Artful cropping made them much more interesting.
Too funny! Can't believe he's got 3 peanuts in his beak at one time....
What a little pig! This was a great series...so fun!
LOL!!! had me cracking up from the first commentary all the way thru! :)
Funny! Loved the triple peanut shot! You are so funny, no wonder you always seem happy.
A fine series of this pretty bird managing very well! My nuthatches grab a bite and fly off to a branch, hold the food under a foot and peck away at it. Nice group of shots. Have a great weekend.
I can't believe he got all of those in his beak at once. It is a wonder he can fly at all. Very good shots.
Thank you for the wonderful smiles here, and the gorgeous photographs!
Have a fantastic weekend!
Great photos of your friends!
Jays are so clever and really know how to work the system. I have a friend who live in NW WA who has Stellar Jays that come to her house for peanuts. She feeds them whole peanuts. The birds do their best to carry off as many as they can.

My word! Look at all those peanuts in his beak! He is so handsome! I LOVE Bluejays!
Our bluejays go missing during the summer. Where do they go? Maybe to your house? :)
I'm sitting here giggling something fierce. What a delightful series of this gorgeous Bluejay!
