so beautiful. every time i see the words 'common buckeye' i think: There is nothing common about that beauty! :)
Butterfly gardens seem so magical. Your photos are superb.
What a wonderful series of photos. Each one is stunning!
These are so beautiful. I didn't realize there are so many different kinds. Great photos, Debbie. :)
Butterflies are so beautiful as they float from flower to flower. I just love them.

Fantastic!!! Gorgeous pictures of gorgeous creatures.

Yes, I know what you mean! We went to the butterfly house in Niagra in March. My fellas knew I could spend all day in there, so they told me up front I was limited to 1hour. Leaving was painful.
Just beautiful! I love all of your pictures of them. You must have had to stand really still. My shutter isn't fast enough for such good shots.
Each of these is so beautiful.
Debbie, absolutely dreamy images! Each one of the butterflies are so very gorgeous. I love all the different wing patterns. I had never seen a White Peacock or Banded Orange Heliconian until I visited your wonderful blog. You really captured the butterflies beautifully! Thanks for brightening my evening with your glorious post!
They are all so beautiful. Great shots! I haven't seen some of these. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful pictures! My mom loved butterflies, so now seeing them always reminds me of her.
Thanks for sharing.
Hi Debbie, I'm so happy you like the new header. The white deer are my favorite, but I was getting tired of them and felt it was time for a change. I added a description for you ;)
Great shots!! Love the COLOR! I'm going to have to find a Butterfly garden around here!
wow, great captures. Looks like you had a blast w/ur camera.
Oh I love this they are so beautiful. I am glad you took the time to name them. Thank you. B
They're gorgeous Debbie, and I love the flowers they're photographed on as well.
Thanks for the invitation to see your butterflies! You're right, I really enjoyed these. Our zoo has a butterfly house, and this is the last year for it. I have got to get over there ASAP.
BTW, you mentioned in your previous post that you're not happy with your fireworks shots. I just figured out how to photograph fireworks last weekend. I have a post up with samples and a link to great tutorial at my other blog, Maraca, in case you're interested. (http://mymaracas.blogspot.com/)
Thanks so much for sharing at YSB today, Debbie. I appreciate it! :)
Great pictures, I love butterfly gardens, very beautiful butterflies!
