The Historic Village At Allaire

Thursday, it was time for a walk outdoors...
came to mind as a great place for fresh air and pretty scenery.
The village was once an iron producing factory town known as The Howell Iron Works Co.
If you are interested in the history of the village, that information can be found here.

Debbie - I love this style of brick buildings! And the autumn decorations add just the right touch! Was there an opportunity to pick apples, or is it too late for that?

Always one of my favorite places to visit. I love the little tiny brick building with the fenced in herb garden. I've always wanted to make something like that at my house. Maybe this will be the summer I finally do!
