Beatlemania

New Years Eve we had tickets to see
Beatlemania at the Algonquin Arts Theater.
A great show,
I thought the musicians would look more like the Beatles but the music was excellent.

I snapped a few pictures before the show started, none were allowed during the performance.

We don't usually go out on New Years Eve...
we only purchased the tickets because we thought we would enjoy the show.
The theater is close to home,
the show started at 6 pm, we were home by 8:15 and sleeping when the ball dropped.

This was a great way to say good-bye to 2017!

This looks like a fun way to end the year! This is the first year that I can remember not staying up for the ball drop - it was actually kind of nice.

Hello, I hope you enjoyed the music. Did they sound like the original Beatles? I was asleep at 12 on New Years. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

That is so nice that theater is so close and it looks like they have a lot of nice shows. I stayed in while hubby went to work :(

Fun show! We stayed up past midnight for the first time in several years -- I'm still recovering (and just from staying up late, not from too much champagne or anything. ;>)

I really loved your celebration; perfect! I imagine attending this show was fun and since you didn't have to travel far even better.
We had children here so our New Years' Eve was a bit wild. Big hugs!

I bet that was a fun show even if they didn't look really Beatle-ish! Starting next year I may be sleeping when the ball drops. LOL
