Saturday Critters ~ 150 ~

Two weeks ago I shared images of my yard birds with you guys here.
One of the birds I photographed and shared was a
White Breasted Nut Hatch.

This bird was hilarious as he posed and posed and hammed it up like no other.
I can't delete these without sharing them...
you had to be with me to really get it but perhaps seeing these images will help you understand.

He jumped to another branch in the tree and I thought we were done...
but he started back up again...

he gave me that stare, "are you getting this"??
It was hilarious...but I'm sure you had to be here with me,
perhaps now you feel like you were!

Awesome little poser! Great catch-light, too! I wish they'd show up here.

What a cute little ham! He is definitely looking at you like he wants to be sure you captured it all - and you did, beautifully!

Oh my gosh!!! These, each and every photo is extraordinary. Love the lighting and 'the cuteness' of this Nut Hatch....I know how challenging they are to get good photos without blurring. Well done.

I hope you'd consider sharing this post at I'd Rather B Birdin' this weekend. The linking opens at noon Texas time today.

What a cutie. Maybe he was waiting to see if you were going to add anything delish in the feeder.

That little guy really wanted his photo taken and looks as if he did everything possible to help you with these great shots!

I love them, Debbie. A bunch came by the porch today, but even with the camera and the remote I couldn't get a very sharp shot. (Think my technology has hit the floor a time or two too many, doh!)

He must really like you! Usually they hardly sit long enough for one picture.
