Lake Of The Lilies

The lake has been fairly quiet this summer...no new or unusual wildlife have been hanging around.
Each time I visit, I see the usual suspects, swans, mallards and one egret.
During winter and early spring, the swans had migrated and there was not one to be seen.
Now the lake is full of swans but I do believe they will soon be disappearing.

I had a lot of fun photographing this swan...

Really pretty, except I want to wash the top of his neck. New Jersey seems like one big garden! Linda in one big flat Kansas
