The day before we left for Washington D. C. we went to our local theater to see
White Christmas
I knew nothing about the story...as I hang my head in shame,
but the picture on the advertisement had a snow globe.
I thought this was a Christmas show, with all the Christmas colors, snow, and bells and whistles.
As I am sure you all know, it wasn't.
I didn't really enjoy the show itself but the singing, dancing and costumes were brilliant.
We see live shows at this theater often and we have never been disappointed.
I think that is allowed.
Although we were a little disappointed, the show was well done.

The show sounds nice. I have only seen the movie version.
Cute selfie! Merry Christmas to you and your family! I wish you all the best in 2025, a happy and healthy New Year!
I think you two look great! It would be lovely to see a live performance. Must have been so much fun! Merry Christmas to you both, and your Loved Ones. I also send you much love!
I have only seen the movie and never a life performance of White Christmas. we always take selfies and have become adept at it and there are often those bloopers, but you both looked happy so that's what's important. Sending best wishes to you both for a very Merry Christmas even if it's not a white one.
Wow! How did you escape not seeing this show in the past on TV? My D-i-L knows the words by heart to the entire movie, and must watch it every year, as she did 30 years ago with her sister, and ever since. Linda in Kansas
