The Sweetest Place On Earth

We snuck off for an overnight stay in
Hershey Pa.
Decorated beautifully for the holiday...
there are a lot of Christmas themed activities to do there,
we did partake in a few and had ourselves a blast.
Here are some pictures of the decorations at the Hotel Hershey

asked how far the small trips we take are.
Peddler's Village in Pa was a little over an hour from home.
Hershey Pa. took about 3 hours.

- it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas -

I didn’t realize you were so close to these other areas, Debbie. That opens so much for you to explore!

The decoration at your latest adventure are gorgeous. It also shows that sometimes less is more. The plain tree with lights and the wooden reindeer are beautiful.

One year we RV'd in Hershey for a couple of weeks around Halloween -- remembering what the town did for that Holiday, I can well imagine how beautiful it is for Christmas!! We loved our stay there.

How wonderful to have a little get away, and it looks like they did a beautiful job on decorating for Christmas. My favorite is the wooden snowmen and deer :)

Thanks, Debbie, for this brief tour of the Hotel Hershey and it is now on our list of possible PA getaways when we visit family on the Lancaster area. The decorations were all lovely and that indoor tree was wonderfully large. It’s been quite awhile since my last visits to your blog and glad I “found” it again. Your posts are upbeat and positive.
