It's Finally Fall

It finally looks like fall.
I actually prefer calling it autumn...autumn sounds prettier,
and it is such a pretty season!
We've had so much rain, fog and gloominess, I haven't even acknowledged the change.
It was a gloomy, dark, misty day, no sun shine in sight...
but I knew if we did not get out to see this road soon, the trees would be bare,
the leaves lining the street.
It is our favorite road to see during this season...
neither of us know the name of this street, we just call it "the pretty fall street, with the horses",
we both know what that means.
It is by Delicious Orchard, so we come here first and then visit our favorite market.

The colorful leaves were gently falling, it was magical and the view certainly did not disappoint!

This street is lined with beautiful farms and well maintained horses.

Afterward,
we headed off to Delicious Orchard and filled our shopping cart with some delicious, fresh foods.
I have written several posts about Delicious Orchard,
you can peak at those herehere and here...it's a great market in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

Oh that does look like a pretty drive, I had to laugh when you said you don't know the street and you both know what you are talking about, that is like us on many subjects, LOL! Don't you just love those bright yellow trees that make everything glow around it and I love the pictures with the horses where the color of the leaves almost match them. I too like to say Autumn over Fall ;)

There is no need for anothef name for that street. That pretty fall street, works just fine. These are gorgeous views.

Thank you for these beautiful fall photos. I loved the horses in the pictures. We took a Day trip, the colors were lovely, but I would have loved to have seen the street you were on.
Blessings and hugs!

Thanks so much for these lovely beautiful autumn captures and the horses too. We hardly had autumn here, as winter pulled a sneaky entrance and it still remains! Snow covered yards and all.

Fall here....but certainly no Autumn! We pretty much go from summer to winter in the last few years. I feasted my eyes on your every photo!!

Gorgeous color! We have some, but a lot of the leaves are down already. Between the wind and rain they don't stay long.
