Exploring The Harbor

After the inlet,
we did a little exploring in the car, mostly because I was not ready to go home.

New to the area is this mural...

Ride Your Own Wave
Definitely the vibe of this shore town...Surf, Have Fun, and be Yourself!

A lot of the commercial fishing boats were docked...

The River Queen was home...

and this guy caught a fish!
a small p.s., I thought there were a lot of guys on that tiny boat.

We had some fun with these...Red's Lobster Pot is right next to theses signs.
Red's is a really good seafood eatery right on the water here.
We always see these and we have never posed here, this is always fun!

* Yep *
We all know who this is...I have no words!

We already put this day in the books but with all the restrictions we still have for ourselves,
we continue to have fun!

I love the definition and clarity of the photos of the fishing fleet Debbie. They are almost three dimensional.

Thanks for sharing these lovely photos. It looked like the weather was just so beautiful. We were saying that also about there being too many people on that little boat there. Have a fantastic rest of your day.

All the boats look neat together, must have been their day off. I agree that boat looks packed, hopefully they all don't stand on the same side :) Good to still get out and enjoy yourself, we have been having extreme heat the last week so it is hard to get out, we are hoping that Sunday will be good.

PS--the butter on the corn......I just put the fresh out of the boiling water corn in a bowl and put really cold Country Crock butter on it. I also salt, pepper, and parsley generously, LOL! A splash of lime juice is good too

Very colorful and vibrant new mural! I love the fishing boats - they look like the hard workers of the boat world! Great signs! :-)

I love that you continue to have fun. My hubby and I try to at least go somewhere each week; usually to the mountains.
I loved your cute photos and I have a suspicion that your hubby has a good sense of humor like you.
The photos of the boats were awesome. Yes, too many on the one boat. I did like River Queen boat too.
I can imagine that the food was great, also.
Blessings and hugs!
