Saturday Critters ~ 198 ~

Bird Kingdom
located in Niagara Falls, Canada, it is the world's largest indoor free flying aviary.
As I am looking through the brochure,
preparing this entry,
it seems as though we "may" have missed the upper level,
The Lost Kingdom
YeP - I'm pretty sure we missed that level but I think we were good, anyway.

- the birds were beautiful -

There was one floor dedicated to the big birds.

This bird was my favorite, a big talker and very colorful!

The next 2 images capture the area that was dedicated to the smaller birds.

The small birds were difficult to photograph, they were like little birds on steroids, always moving!

This is "not" a 5 minute walk from the falls, nor is it "next" to the Rainbow Bridge.
It was nice, I enjoyed it, but I think one visit is enough.

Hello, Debbie! Wow that is a huge Aviary. I would love to visit this place, missed it on my previous visits. The birds are all beautiful, I love the big parrots. The little birds are cute too, I like your description. Little birds on steroids, indeed. Your photos are awesome! Thank you so much for linking up today, sorry if there was trouble with the linky. I am working on it. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!

oh, that's a stop I would have enjoyed. We are without finches for the first time in 25 years...the house seems so quiet.

Birds can be so beautiful and colorful. I love to watch them but I am so glad I don't have any in the house. My brothers birds are so nasty. And the big one is MOODY.

I loved the colors on the first one; they are brilliant. You got some magnificent photos of the big birds with such a variety of color. I think the ones you got of the little ones were spectacular too. You do know how to capture good bird shots.
Loved this one! Blessings and hugs~
