Byrne Farm Market

The fall fun fest continues!

Saturday night, yes folks, it's still Saturday,
we headed out in our farm tractor "car" to
Byrne Farm Market to see hundreds of lit
Jack-o-lanterns, for free!

Each year, Byrne Farm hosts a

Anyone can participate...carve a pumpkin, drop it off
and it will be displayed with hundreds of others.
Twenty are selected for the contest, the attendees vote
and one winner is selected.
Fun...right?

They are hard to photograph as the display area is dark.
Here are a few of my favorites!!

Here's how they look when you use the flash,

This is how they look lit.

This was one of my
favorites.

It's hard to tell they
are pumpkins,
they are...
and they are so cool!

They have a really cute store attached to the farm, pictures tomorrow!!

What a fun place to visit; I love these kinds of events. The pictures were great. I haven't carved a pumpkin in a very long time. I am heading for Missouri to take care of 5 of my grandchildren and I will be there for Halloween; maybe we can carve some pumpkins.
Blessings!

You're right, they don't look like pumpkins. Amazing!

You are really working on that fall bucket list--good for you!

Super cool! There is a house locally that puts out some extraordinary number of pumpkins (hundreds/thousand), but I'm not sure to what extent they are carved - certainly nothing to this magnitude. Seriously cool stuff!
