There is a small hummingbird garden right by the entrance to
Allaire State Park
Volunteers in the community designed and planted the garden and keep it well maintained.
There are a lot of flowers that attract both hummingbirds and butterflies.
There are 5 or 6 hummingbird feeders in the garden, they are always filled with fresh food.
I saw 4 or 5 hummingbirds and a few butterflies.
I think this may be a young hummingbird...any thoughts?

So beautiful, Debbie.
Such a lovely setting to visit and it is always a thrill for me to see hummingbirds which is rare. Not sure about the little fellow.
We went to a hummingbird garden somewhere on our travels. It was enclosed and very cool!
That garden is well maintained. Beautiful!
wow great pictures!

Hello Debbie,
The garden looks lovely, great work done by the volunteers.
The hummer is cute too, great photos.
Take care, have a great day!
What a lovely spot to visit! Even if one never saw a hummingbird, the garden itself is lovely.
Lovely photographs Debbie.
All the best Jan
That's a beautiful little garden! They are still swarming here--- I'm keeping the feeders full as they prepare for their long trip migration ! I'm sad when they go 😔
Oh wow, sign me up for this place. I would dearly love to see those hummingbirds :)
