Back in mid-September we took a trip to Mt. Washington in New Hampshire.
We have been here before and we love the area.The hubs drafted the itenary, nothing but fun planned.
The room was gorgeous...
They left treats in the room for us...
the hubs really appreciated this, he has the sweet tooth.
it was so cool with an old world vibe.
and the food was outstanding.
The crab in the crab cakes was so fresh, no fillers,
and the wedge salad was delicious.
The hubs had this Shrimp Scampi, it was so very good.
I did not photograph our meals the first night,
the hubs had Filet Mignon, I had one of the best Sirloin Steaks I have ever eaten.
Both were served with mashed potatoes.

The day we arrived, we rode this fun Gondola,
what a view from up there.
Tomorrow, I'll show you our 'trek' up Mt. Washington!!

Oh wow that does look a like a lovely place to stay, that post office is cool, and how wonderful they had such nice restaurant there. Oh wow I don't like heights so i may not have done the Gondola but I bet the views were something else.
Wow Debbie I have never heard of this place but gosh ITS BEAUTIFUL! What a pretty view and such serene areas---the hotel and the food looked great too! Your alls room was so nice and love that that tub. Loved that carpet too--- fun! Hope you're feeling better each day
