Home For The Holiday!!

There is no place like home for the holidays
and that's right where we will be.
I'll give you a little peak inside our warm and cozy abode
and share "some" of our holiday decorations!!

This is the Family Room

Since I don't have a big tree anymore,
I sprinkle pretty and glittery ornaments wherever I can.

This is my favorite decoration in the house.
If I could only put one decoration out, this candle tray would be it.

Second favorite, these snowman.

We have these doors in the hallway, I hang all the Christmas cards here.

I also hang ornaments on door knobs, these are from 1991.

Next is the Living Room

Behind the Living Room is the Dining Room, turned home office.
I did not decorate in there.

We finished our Santa Puzzle over Thanksgiving weekend.

 Another favorite.

All the scrapbooks are open displaying past Christmas memories.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night,
and a joy filled holiday!

okay...no one can live in that house. My house doesn't look like that five minutes after Friday cleaning. My pups are strewing toys about as I clean.

So so pretty! From the first glimpse I caught of them in the first shot, I was planning to say that the tree candle tray was my favorite!! Haha! Love the little snowmen too - especiallys since you've been knitting so much...it's like they're wearing your scarves!! Big {HUGE} hug! My house is gonna fill up this afternoon - so looking forward to a few days of FAMILY time!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and the Christmas decorations. It is all so lovely. I love the candle try and snowmen too; but I would have hard time choosing what I loved best because I loved all. Your windows in the family room remind me of our home in Spokane. We had large windows like that along the back of our home and then downstairs our basement was ground level too with the same windows across the back. We had a wet land below and beautiful mountains to enjoy from these awesome windows. This brought back a memory or too. I also liked the tables with our son's pictures on. You have such a creative side. Hope you had a sweet Christmas Eve. Hugs!

I think I like your sprinkling of ornaments as opposed to a huge tree. That tray is divine! You have created a lovely home.
