Our Maiden Voyage...

You heard it right kids,

on Saturday, we finally got out for a ride on these...
and it was amazing!
It was a gorgeous day and a wonderful day to be outdoors.

Lunch was first, at our favorite Deli in Manasquan,
Center Food Market.
Much to my surprise, there was a large craft show going on
behind the Deli, were I purchased...

this beautiful liner for the basket on my bike.
Score...Purple and butterflies, I love it!!

It does a great job protecting the Nikon!

We rode here, on our favorite bike path at

On Sunday we celebrated Anthony's 2nd Birthday,
it was a super fun day with our family.

He just loved this Thomas Train toy we bought for him!!

Spring is here and I could not be more excited.
I am cleaning today, but, I am not excited about that.
I would much rather be blogging...oh wait, I am doing that also.
My attention span is similar to that of a "gnat"!

We were also planning to get our bikes cleaned and ready for riding this weekend, but had to leave home for a house showing...now it's been raining and cold and this weather will go till Thursday. Maybe this weekend if we can find some time. No basket on my bike, just a small tote bag. And is Anthony a grandchild or other relative? Our granddaughter celebrates #2 this July.

That basket liner's quite the find! It does feel so so nice to be getting outside - wanting to be outside! I think we wait for it, want it...but then actually forget how good it really feels!

Happy Birthday to Anthony, what a cute little guy! I like your bicycle, the basket and the liner. We've decided to buy a couple of bicycles when Gregg retires. We used to ride all over Washington DC in our early years and are looking forward to riding again.
