Banner Challenge

Friday, we went for a ride in the car...
I thought that was o.k. as long as it was just the two of us, we never got out of the car,
and had no contact with any other people.
With this "Lockdown, Stay Home Order", I get the feeling it's not, and now I feel a little guilty.
But, what's done is done and I got a few fun pictures from the ride.

This is Silver Lake, in Belmar
We don't visit here too often, it is a little further from home but we will visit in summer,
when there are a lot of swans here.
There was a huge group of Ruddy Ducks, sleeping.

Then this one who had it's eyes pinned on me,
the ducks were pretty far out, I had to crop this picture, a lot!

These cute bunny were on someone's porch, I made the hubs go back so I could get a picture.

#BES Banner Challenge
I have read about this challenge,
but could not find any information about it on-line.
The challenge is to make a banner of encouragement and display it at your home.

These were the only two banners we saw, but they sure did make me smile!

Hello, the banners is encouraging and a neat idea. I love the ducks, they are so cute. I would think you are ok going on a car ride. I think gathering in groups 10 or more is not allowed. Take care, wishing you a happy weekend!

Oh, I love the banners. I live on a deadend road in a rural area, so there's no point in me putting out a banner, but my husband and I *have* been talking about making a HAPPY EASTER banner, and driving to family member's houses on Easter and parading outside with it.

We cannot walk on the boardwalk any more. Just essential runs from now on...sigh!

We go to places that no one are around and get out of the car, they say we need to get out and get fresh air.
Love that banner idea, our Pastor has been giving us ideas in daily emails and yesterdays was write encouraging words or a bible verse with chalk on your sidewalk or driveway for passerby's to read, I haven't done it yet, but I do have the chalk if I think of something good and not too long, LOL!

I like how their tails point up at a 45 degree angle! Great banner idea! I'm afraid where we live no one would see it.

I loved the bird photos. I think the idea of making a banner of hope and love would be great. I'm happy you got out for a moment.
Blessings and hugs!
