Chippy...

This tiny little critter lives in the front garden and likes to hang out here on the bricks...

It was interesting enough, filled with fun facts and lots of things I did not know!

The weather has been great here at the Jersey Shore.
The pool is all done, finally, and we enjoyed it all weekend long.
I'll share pictures soon of the finished oasis!

  1. Awwww. They are so cute. I can't fathom why we don't have them in Florida. Maybe our larger and numerous squirrels have pushed them out.

  2. Chipmunks here are more timid than the squirrels. Beautiful creatures though and to have one in residence is pretty special.

  7. Any yard without a chipmunk is incomplete. We have several and they are good friends, not hesitating to eat from our hands, or run up my leg and sit on my knee! Hell, my wife doesn’t do that any more!

I don't know how you got such good photos--they usually don't sit still for very long.

  20. We have plenty of chippys around here, and I will tolerate them as long as they don't extend those tunnels anywhere near our foundation!
