A few fun facts about squirrels...

- Squirrels can find food buried beneath a foot of snow -
- A squirrels front teeth never stop growing -
- Squirrels may loose 25% of their buried food to thieves -
- Squirrels may pretend to bury a nut to throw off potential thieves -
- They zigzag to escape predators -
- A newborn squirrel is about one inch long -

What cute pics! I wish we had squirrels here in Australia! When we were in Europe last year we saw some and the boys were so excited!

How cute! He is entertaining for sure! We have seen more than one fox squirrel and hope they will have babies! Of course I would love to see one! So tiny!
