I had so much fun on Saturday,
watching this momma Carolina Wren teaching her babies to fly.
There were a total of three babies, with better climbing skills than flying ability.
I never went outside on Sunday to check on them, it was 100 degrees
and I was afraid I would melt.
Carolina Wrens mate for life and can live up to 6 years in the wild.

I first found the nest and babies, behind the pillow, in my pretty chair,
- I almost sat on them -
- not really -

What a privilege to witness this and I am so happy that you captured it on camera to share with the world. Those little babies look comical and clumsy right now but before long they will be paragons of elegance and grace.
