"Sea" Life's Beauty!

Yesterday we had snow, Sunday we were here at the beach...
It was a beautiful day, the temperatures were in the high 60's and the clouds were gorgeous.
The sun peaked out from time to time and there was a gentle breeze coming off the ocean.
There were no footprints in the sand,
it was soft in some spots, hard in others, kind of like life.
We walked for a short distance, the water was cold, and it felt good on my feet.
It was low tide, the waves were small and the ocean looked more like a lake.
I like when it is calm, I think I relate to it better when it's like this.
Soft, quiet...like a gentle giant!

We only picked up a few pieces of sea glass but I found all of them.
So that's a win, win, win for me!!
If you follow my blog, you know what that means!!

  1. Hello Debbie!:) Quite a different scene from your earlier post of the snow in your garden. I hope your flowers didn't suffer too much. Lovely peaceful beach scenes, and beautiful compositions. I love the ones with the seagulls. Glad that you found some pretty sea glass to add to your collection.

  2. A quiet, secluded beach is one of life’s great treats. I am sure the Ring-billed Gull would agree.

  15. Hello! !
Celebrate this Easter with a heart filled with peace, joy and cheer! Have a happy Easter!
I am always impressed with a nice message.
In this season, Japan is stained with cherry color.
It is a very favorite season for Japanese people.
Sakura in Washington DC is also a present from Japan.
I am enjoying 70 kilometers on a road bike in cherry blossoms.
