The Gardens At Mohonk Mountain

One morning during our vacation, we woke to rain and heavy fog.

Once the rain stopped and the fog lifted,
we took a walk through the private gardens on the property at

- Garden Jubilee -

Roses - forming a heart.

The sun came out and we went for a ride in the peddle boats.
I always thought they were paddle boats but they are peddle boats.
Who knew?!

The view on the lake was glorious, we had another amazing day!

I always call them paddle boats too. Peddle makes more sense though.

Love the covered walkway. Such a lovely place to stay!

Hello Debbie. Beautiful views of the gardens and flowers. That tower is cool, I like the design. I always called them paddle boats.
Lovely series of photos. Have a happy day!

More beautiful photo's, Debbie. And, look at you in capris and flip flops, just like me! I think we were separated at birth! :)

Beautiful gardens, beautiful people! If that’s a foggy day, I would change my mind about fog p, by the way. Fog p, in my experience, is never that pretty. Great place to vacation.

I have no idea where those extra letters came from in that comment above)). Obviously, I’m out of blogging practice.

This does look like a very peaceful, lovely place to have a vacation. I loved all the photos. I of course, love the ones with the two of you in them. I can tell you are enjoying the moments.
We have been off on a reunion; so it is catch up time and I hope to post about it soon.
I have missed dropping by.
Blessings and hugs!

Glad the fog lifted for you, love the rain drops on the flowers, love the rustic look of the garden too. I had to laugh because I always thought they were called paddle boats too, but I guess peddle does make more sense :)

Wow! Debbie, so many great pictures here! the pretty flower close-ups, the lake, I love that GARDEN!, and the pics of y'all in that treehouse/gazebo thing! I would be nervous to sit on the end of that one bench up over the water, I would probably fall over backwards and over the cliff and into the water somehow, ha ha lOL!!!
