Longwood Gardens ~ The Final Edition

This is the last of the pictures I will share from
Longwood Gardens
The hubs assisted in the taking of the pictures...
sorting through the 225 pictures we took was a daunting task.

This garden area is called the Meadow Garden.
A patchwork of color spread across the landscaped gardens,
reminds you that Spring has arrived...finally!

The Italian Water Garden

The next three pictures are images of the three Tree Houses of Longwood.

Everything about Longwood Gardens will awaken your senses with the vibrant colors,
fresh fragrances, and natural sounds of the season.
In addition to the floral gardens, there are many natural areas and wooded paths to explore.

I loved this purple garden, how did they know I was coming?

If you ever need blog material, take a trip here.
Sharing pictures of this place will keep you busy for days.

The tree house, with an area left natural, is very appealing.

The fountains were amazing and of course the flowers but the tree houses were the best:) Glad out of the 225 you picked the one of the two of you and yes, purple is your color.

It is a stunning garden Debbie -- and Spring is the perfect season (of course, as you know, I am a little Spring-deprived down here in the land of constant summer, which makes me love these amazing tulips even more. Just beautiful -- I loved this whole tour -- thank you!!!

Why, 'they' know you, lovely Debbie, whose favourite colour just happens to be purple, was coming for a visit. =) Oh to wander around those meadows of rainbow-filled flowers. How quirky and cool is that tree house! Gorgeous, gorgeous photos, Debbie.....I can imagine it would have been an impossible task to pick just a few of your photos to publish. I would think all 225 were amazing!!

I am LOVING THE ITALIAN WATER GARDENS!I--don't remember you posting those before or maybe I just missed it? I love fountains and i think that is so pretty.

Oh my goodness! That is so gorgeous! I'm writing about our European trip right now. We did end up at Keukenhof on the last day, but it was still too early for most of the tulips. Still.... it was amazing! Wouldn't you know it was a late spring in Europe too.

By the way, your inspiration quote is absolutely perfect! I need to write it down for my granddaughter.
