Beach Time...

It didn't out start like every other day...
It started here, at Top That Donut, with donuts baked fresh, right before your eyes.
Well...not really baked,
they are deep fried, in a large bin of fat.
If you want to see the process, click here, it is an amazing shop.

Maple Glazed for me...

all kinds of chocolate for the man.

The Beach was next...
it was low tide, the best time to find sea glass, and the ocean was like a lake.

The seagulls were happy, chill-laxing!!

Spotted on the way home "You Are Loved"

Today's low tide you get a lot of sea glass!

April 23, 2018

  1. As you might imagine my favourite shots are of the Laughing Gull, but I am happy that you got a good haul of sea glass.

  2. A perfect day Debbie. The donuts look fabulous!

  3. That beach is lovely. That's where I need to go today!

You are loved. Sigh. Isn't that beautiful?

  4. Ooooh, yummy donuts for sure.
Such a beautiful beach - I always love sun twinkles on the water.
You made lovely finds of sea glass and those teeny tiny shells.

  5. You just had to kick in my chocolate craving!!

  6. You had me at the beach but my tummy is craving donuts now! But you are still loved! That's one great plate to drive around with!

  7. What a lot of glass you found. Its getting harder and harder to find it here. I did pick up some nice pieces that I put in our fountain outside. Its very nice there with the water running over it.
Lovely seagulls. Its looks like a perfect day for the beach. So do the donuts.

  8. Oh, those donuts! I can only imagine how good they were.

The sea glass is beautiful. I've seen so many things that can be done with it; however, I don't think we have it here. If I ever go back to the beach, will be looking.

  9. Wow, you found lots this time, Debbie!
And those chocolate doughnuts??? Oh. MY. Goodness.

  10. Those doughnuts look good enough to eat.Love the look of the sea glass as well.

  11. Nice relaxed atmosphere. I am more the chocolate type of person... yum!
And... who would not like a car plate like that??

  12. Yummy donuts and a walk on the lucky girl. I love all the sea glass. Little treasures. Blessings for a sweet weekend, xoxo, Susie

  13. More pretty sea glass! Now I know why I never find any----it all washes up on your beaches! LOL Very pretty ocean pictures, isn't it so odd when it gets all still like that, like a lake you said? And the waves nearly stop, it's just so calm and weird. You're right---hard to resist a good fresh doughnut! ha ha LOl I love the cream filled long johns with vanilla frosting. Do you have those there? Not eclairs, but the other ones.

  14. If the ocean were always that calm, I think I would love the beach as much as you. What I do love as much as you are donuts!

  15. The donuts look sooooo good! Great sea glass finds and the gull photos are beautiful!

  16. Wow, you really scored on beach glass that day! Low tide is fun for finding critters too, at least on the Pacific Ocean coast (we used to always try to go there at low tide a couple times a year).

  17. Well, I would say this was a sweet adventure. The donuts looked so yummy. I always enjoy the photos from a beach trip. As always a fun read. Wishing for you a really sweet Mother's Day dear friend! Big hugs for you~

  18. Deep fried right before my eyes - cinnamon sugar, please. What an awesome license plate - spreading positive energy everywhere it goes - I hope he/she goes lots of places!

  19. I really appreciate your professional approach. These are pieces of very useful information that will be of great use for me in future.
