Beach Time...

It didn't out start like every other day...
It started here, at Top That Donut, with donuts baked fresh, right before your eyes.
Well...not really baked,
they are deep fried, in a large bin of fat.
If you want to see the process, click here, it is an amazing shop.

Maple Glazed for me...

all kinds of chocolate for the man.

The Beach was next...
it was low tide, the best time to find sea glass, and the ocean was like a lake.

The seagulls were happy, chill-laxing!!

Spotted on the way home "You Are Loved"

Today's haul...at low tide you get a lot of sea glass!

As you might imagine my favourite shots are of the Laughing Gull, but I am happy that you got a good haul of sea glass.

That beach is lovely. That's where I need to go today!

You are loved. Sigh. Isn't that beautiful?

Ooooh, yummy donuts for sure.
Such a beautiful beach - I always love sun twinkles on the water.
You made lovely finds of sea glass and those teeny tiny shells.

What a lot of glass you found. Its getting harder and harder to find it here. I did pick up some nice pieces that I put in our fountain outside. Its very nice there with the water running over it.
Lovely seagulls. Its looks like a perfect day for the beach. So do the donuts.

Oh, those donuts! I can only imagine how good they were.

The sea glass is beautiful. I've seen so many things that can be done with it; however, I don't think we have it here. If I ever go back to the beach, will be looking.

More pretty sea glass! Now I know why I never find any----it all washes up on your beaches! LOL Very pretty ocean pictures, isn't it so odd when it gets all still like that, like a lake you said? And the waves nearly stop, it's just so calm and weird. You're right---hard to resist a good fresh doughnut! ha ha LOl I love the cream filled long johns with vanilla frosting. Do you have those there? Not eclairs, but the other ones.

If the ocean were always that calm, I think I would love the beach as much as you. What I do love as much as you are donuts!

Wow, you really scored on beach glass that day! Low tide is fun for finding critters too, at least on the Pacific Ocean coast (we used to always try to go there at low tide a couple times a year).

Deep fried right before my eyes - cinnamon sugar, please. What an awesome license plate - spreading positive energy everywhere it goes - I hope he/she goes lots of places!
